WWF Cameroon works with partners to promote renewable energy services in Cameroon and helps promote socio-economic development, improve quality of lives and reduce the impact on ecosystems in the country.
Between YEAR AND YEAR, the Impact of renewable energy services (drop in energy intensity) will be documented and showcased for at least 5 communities in WWF Cameroon-supported landscapes.
The Country Programme also integrates risks from climate change into its own work, while influencing key local and national adaptation planning processes with a view to contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals and increasing the contribution of adaptation to the Cameroon Nationally Determined Contributions.
